..."you can't please everyone, so you gotta please yourself *(Rick Nelson - Garden Party).

We will only transfer memorials to direct family members. We are willing, however, to do corrections to the memorial or link to other family memorials.

The fall of 2008 we were asked to share our pictures with the Arkansas Grave Stone Project in Garland, Hot Spring, Dallas, Logan, Hempstead Counties. Arkansas. Thank you so much for recognizing our work.

We have also posted pictures on The Melting Pot Genealogical Society, Hot Springs, Ark. and Louisiana Gravestone Project.

Some of the photos were lost before the change of ownership. the new ownership is part of arkansasgravestone.org and we plan to stay on line.
I live in Desoto Parish and uploaded photo to the old site and they were all lost. You will not get the round around on the new site.

Thanks, Duffie, for spotting my error. Don't know how I let that get by me but I have deleted Rosa as John's mother. Bill

RE: Claude Cook
From several sources that include ancestry.com, then specific unit websites, e.g. 452nd BS, 3rd AAF, 8th AAF, and 9th AAF and their history of activity. Pulling that information together wasn't hard, just reading through. Even the transcription on his marker about being part of the 3rd, gave me a start. I actually have become a member of the various Bomb Squadrons and Bomb Groups on face book and ask them about specific missions, tail numbers, aircraft etc, which they seem to have access of old mission reports and logs. Hope it helps. Right now I am working on a lot of bios of military members in the various cemeteries over seas.
