Bio

Having been abandoned as a toddler and spending much of my adult years putting together both my adoptive and my biological family trees, genealogy is a passion for me. That is why my #1 goal is to connect everyone to their parents, siblings, and children.

I am not a memorial hog so I am always willing to transfer memorials as long as they aren't my family. I don't give a rats ass about some rule that says transferring memorials can only be done within 4 generations. It can be a 5x grandparent or a 9x uncle for all I care! All you have to do is ask as it is first come, first served. I'm not going to be a jerk and - like SO many others - rattle off a list of demands, insist on providing endless proof of evidence, or make you jump through hoops before I'll even consider a transfer. And what is the deal with people demanding that we don't post obituaries? We read obituaries in current newspapers all the time and people's names are listed throughout. And if you have a death certificate that you want to post, that is just fine by me. We all need to work together. Sharing (and kindness) is what FindAGrave should be about. I welcome civilized discussions and I look forward to hearing your story. It is my hope that FAG will continue to grow and we can share all of our information.....not hoard it! We can do better.

To speak of the past, speaks of the present.
To speak of the present, speaks of the past.
