I have been researching genealogy for over 34 years, both the 'old fashioned' paper and pencil ways and the modern technology ways. I am able to read, write and speak German which has been a very useful tool in researching my German roots and linking them to current living members in Germany. My grandmother has been a major support to me, providing me endless answers to my many questions, stories to the plethora of pictures she has. Without her helping me all of these years I would have nothing.

As time allows I also do some research for others and have been able to rejoin lost relatives.

I have a deep appreciation for my ancestors, what they endured to live their lives. Learning the bits and pieces I can about them through researching them is priceless.
