|I have never really had an interest in genealogy until my great uncle sent me our Hanson family lineage. Since I'm a computer nut, I entered some of the data online and that was it. I have been "digging" from that point on. I think I enjoy the hunt and finding info for others more than entering data. I am surprised at the people I have been in contact with. It really is a small world.|
If I have made mistakes, please contact me so that I can correct them. I would also be glad to post obituaries if you have them. If you would like someone removed from my listings, please let me know.
You may use any of my photos as long as they will not be used "for profit."

Thanks for removing the incorrect Find a grave of LarryRogers. Rodgers is the correct spelling he was my uncle. Thanks for all you do for our find a grave community. I was the one that requested a photo by the other contributor.

I was looking at request for photo and I was checking on line at the city cemetery and on line at findagrave before I go to the cemetery and I notice you have two memorials for Larry Rodgers, one memorial you have under Larry Rogers, I notice his parents were Rodgers, so then I notice you created both these memorials and I sent a message to the person that was requesting the photo, saying there was two memorials for this person, I think.
I thought you would like to know, I could go get a picture of the stone, but you all ready have it under the other memorial.

|Karen Chambliss-Abraham||Minnie Hortensia Morales 1925-197|
Thank you for the lovely pages you created for Minnie Morales and many others using FindaGrave.
It is very rewarding to find a family member's history has been recorded to preserve some of her for everyone.
For your record she was born Minnie Hortensia FRANCO in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her parents were Reverend Jose Hector Franco 1902-1984 and her mother was Nemesia Santillanez, 1901-1988. Her siblings that I find in researching the family are Hector Wesley Franco 1925/26 - 2001, buried in a military veteran's cemetery in Gustine,CA and Sylvia Jean Franco b 1943. I am still working to document the entire family and have them presently in my Ancestry record for my own family named * * Chambliss * *.
We were wondering what the cause of Minnie's death at the young age of 50 yrs could have been, maybe an accident?
Thank you again for the hard work you do for others. I maintained a couple records for my synagogue's B'nai Israel Jewish Cemetery in Petaluma, CA. My poor health now limits my work.

Thank you for the quick acceptance of my edits and notes about the family of James Lytton. I appreciate other contributors who are positive in their approach to our collaborative efforts.

|Larry||Alton Harry Garard|
I was just explaining that Sarah Furnish was Alton Harry Garard's mother, not Sarah Tinsman as you describe in your narrative on the page. :). Sorry for the confusion.

|Larry||Alton Harry Garard|
Mother was actually John D. Garard's second wife, Sarah Ellen Furnish, married in 1877, who is shown in the 1910 census living with Alton in Hannibal, MO. The other siblings are half brothers and sisters with Sarah Tinsman as their mother. Sarah Ellen Furnish Garard died in Hannibal, MO on March 13, 1912. Sarah Tinsman Garard died in Adair County, MO January 25, 1871 at age 35 and is buried in the Sloan's Point Cemetery, with a baby daughter (unnamed) who died the same day.
