I have never really had an interest in genealogy until my great uncle sent me our Hanson family lineage. Since I'm a computer nut, I entered some of the data online and that was it. I have been "digging" from that point on. I think I enjoy the hunt and finding info for others more than entering data. I am surprised at the people I have been in contact with. It really is a small world.
If I have made mistakes, please contact me so that I can correct them. I would also be glad to post obituaries if you have them. If you would like someone removed from my listings, please let me know.
You may use any of my photos as long as they will not be used "for profit."

RE: re: Arthur and Sarah C Cossitt
Thank you so much.

I live in Virginia and have lived in New York and Connecticut as well. My DAR registrar had no idea that Wyoming gravestones could be different than east coast gravestones.

re: Arthur and Sarah C Cossitt
Good Morning,
Thank you for posting a photograph of my great-grandparents' gravestone at the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

In your opinion, is the gravestone consistent with other gravestones of the 1930s? Or, is it a newer gravestone?

Thank you for your help.

re: Arthur and Sarah C Cossitt
Dear Marsha,

Thank you so much for posting the information for my great-grandparents Arthur and Sarah Catherine (Brittain) Cossitt. And, thanks too for posting a photograph of their gravestone.

I am in the process of applying for DAR membership. My registrar would like to know if the gravestone is consistent with other gravestones from the 1930s.

Thank you very much for your help.

Memorial #43528219 Alvira Cobbler
I believe this is my ancestor Almyra/Almira Robertson Cobbler. She is listed in the Sheridan City Directories in 1915 and 1916. She is a sister of John F Robertson memorial# 31751594 Who is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery. She was born in 1832 in Indiana. I do not have documentation other than census. She is mentioned in John F Robertson's obituary on his memorial. Is it possible to change the name on her memorial and to add her birth information? Thanks Kinda Lambert

Anna Dornan
Thank for your work in the Sheridan Wyo cemetery.
I am trying to find her parents John & Lydia Dornan, was there any graves for them there? I can find no information for them after 1920, they still lived in Sheridan. If they had no headstones
would they still be included in Find a Grave ?
Thank you for any information.

Sheridan Co. photo Thomas Green
I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am working on a project to find the last resting places of many of our "Old soldiers" with ties to Vermont. Thomas Green is one such soldier. I am asking you if I many use the photo you contributed to his memorial page, to post on the Vermont C.W. site? ((

You would receive credit for this
Thank you for your consideration
