My parents started researching our family in 1990. At 11 years old, I wasn't much interested. After my Dad passed away in March 2009, I realized how important it is to know where you are from, and that family history is the most priceless treasure you will ever have.
As a kid, I enjoyed scouring the cemeteries helping my Mom find the headstones of relatives long gone. As an adult, I'm trying to carry on the legacy my parents started 24 years ago!
