This is the grandmother of my cousins. I will show them it today. They have seen it in person but I could not find the gravestone myself when I visited New Bedford two years ago.

Thanks so much Carol ?. now I have my proof ... He was a 82nd Airborne, 505PIR . The 505 is well know ... it's the only units which did 4 Combat Jumps during the WW2 .
