When I am not working, I spend most of my free time dedicated to researching my family history and filling in the gaps in my family tree. I currently live in Fresno, California, but none of my ancestors were from California. My research primarily focuses on Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Ohio, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, and Virginia. I have been fortunate in that I have been able to travel to many of these states in search of the burial sites of my ancestors. Find A Grave entries have helped me track down some of my elusive family who have been buried in some very unexpected places.

My families originated in Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and France. The primary surnames I focus on are Hayes, Bates/Baits, Roberts, McLean, Murphy, Wood/Woods, Kious, Tripp, White, Jewett, Trescott and Fitzgerald. Please contact me if you are working on the same families.

I am willing to assist in finding your gravesites in this area as I have benefitted from others' hard work in the past. I have entered some non-family members into Find A Grave and am willing to transfer them to you upon request.

I have loaded about 700 photographs onto this site. I am not a professional photographer and do not think that I will be able to retire from my "day job" and make a fortune from selling them. They were taken in public cemeteries and I purposefully uploaded them to a public site for the public to view. I have visited these cemeteries and taken the pictures because I ENJOY IT.
