I was born and raised in Tennessee but most of my father's ancestors; McWhirter, Shaw, Whitehead, Harper, Anthony, Robinson, Gann & others, lived in Alabama while most of my Mother's ancestors; Bridges, Langston, Byrd, Brock, Moore, etc., lived in Mississippi and some ventured on over to Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. My Father was born in Guin, Marion Co., AL and Mother was born in Sapa, Webster Co., MS
