Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born & live in Central Washington State. I had thought that my family was small but that has not been the case. Genealogy has taken me places that I could never have imagined. My family line includes Kobernik, Daily/Dailey, Bishop, Krider/Crider, Monninger, Foutz, Southward/Southwood,Swearingen,Hainline/Hanlein, Miller/Mueller, Guy, Waggoner, Ralls, Hart, Drews, Griep, etc. My Kobernik line comes from Germany and the others mostly from Fulton Co, IL; PA; MD; & VA.
I enjoy working on my family but also helping others to locate their ancestors. In 2012 I took photos of most of the graves at Terrace Heights Memorial Park, Yakima, WA. (A few of the temps cannot be read).
Please let me know if anything needs to be corrected, transferred or removed. You have permission to use any grave stone that I have posted. Happy Genealogy Hunting!

RE: Jack Rodom & Family

You have really gone the extra mile.
The headstone photo was great but to go to the library and get additional information is exceptional.

I had many questions about him and you have helped me so much.

I do wonder how the date of the obituary could be in April when he died three months later in July. Perhaps whoever transcribed and filed the Obitury. Oh well. At least you were able to find it for me.
The information in the obituary mostly matches my limited knowledge of him.

He is the brother of my uncle, "Sandy". I am quite sure they weren't born in England. His parents were however.

I think I will try and ask the funeral home if they can help answer a few questions. They have served several of my family.

Does the library have a website?

I can't begin to express how much your help means to me. I especially appreciate the obituary for my uncle Sandy Rodom which I didn't even ask fore.

You are the best!

Re: Bridgham
Thnk you however it is spelled with an h not m, Bridgham also there is no e.
Most of them were in the Cle Elum and Ellensburg area but many of their offspring lived in the Yakima area. My brother-in-law was born in 1926 in Yakima.
The Bridgham's followed the timber industry from Maine to Wisconsin, Minnesota and finally out to Cle Elum.

Re: Prentice
Hello, you can transfer Robert Prentice if you wish however I leave that up to you, I am not directly related to him. His wife Gladys is connected to the Bridgham family which was my brother-in-law's last name.
As I dig into the family I am finding more and more of the Bridgham's in the Yakima area.
I also want to thank you for your very quick responce to obtaining the headstone photo of Ruth and Gladys.
Sincerely John (fordvickie (#47140740)
