I am very passionate about doing genealogical research. I have found the Find-A-Grave website very useful and I am trying to post as many memorials as possible in order to help other people find the burial locations of their ancestors. If you have any additional information about any of the people I have posted memorials for, or would like me to transfer ownership, please contact me.|

Thank you Mary for doing this. This is my closest cousins great-grandparents.
John Kelley (#124881252born 6 Aug 1894 in Unionville, MO. He died 1 Oct 1965 in an automobile accident. He was married to Frances Eslinger 22 Dec 1916 in Linneus, Linn, Missouri #124881115
I will attempt to connect him to his parents now, but if not, please send me the information when you've added him with his number above, along with his wife. Thank you!
|luckysitsinback||Infant children of Julia A. Bell #61328781|
1860 Coles CO IL Roll 171 Vol 10 Microcopy 653
L1 D1 F1 w/p1 East Oakland Twp. PO Oakland. 5 June by H L Taylor.
* Found family in 1860:
L36 D496 F496
William Waddle 56 farmer TN = William Greenway Waddill = *
Julia A. 34 TN = Julia A. Bell
W. H. 22 male IL = William Henry Waddill (of Burgner)
Hepshy Ann 19 IL domestic = Hepzebah Allison (of Burgner) (Mrs. Mitchell) b1841
I had also been seeking evidence of "Thomas Chamberlain" dUNK, but he - if he existed (along with "William D.") - likely died before 1860.
Research continues ;) Regards.
|luckysitsinback||RE: Regarding Waddill infants|
Thanks for responding! I've spent part of today with a different plate of familial pasta and am kind of brain-warped ... but maybe this will help (although I don't expect it to help ME right away ;) and will look some more after supper). I've presently lost my place with regard to a son, shown "somewhere" as "Waddell" born 1858, died before 1870, but perhaps if we're looking for just ONE child, it seems to have been a female.
Yes, #1 Elizabeth Burgner died in 1854.
William and Julia were married in 1855.
(It is presently unknown whether or not there was issue previous to 1858.)
The infant female died in 1859. Possible twin of "Waddell" b 1858. Sex of infant as shown here:
Has "Waddell." b 1858 Coles CO IL, d bef 1870. m Julia A. Bell.
Is same name but different dates for son "Waddill" b 1844, d 1846, m Elizabeth Burgner.
Possibly named for previous step-brother who d1846.
I hope you have a sense of humor, because this is probably the worst reply I've ever written ;) and I've confused even myself ;)

I see you posted pics of Mary and her husband. I was working on my Petty family history and wondered if you were a relative.
|Dick Bennett||Florence Darling Devore|
You list her date of death as 2 Jan 1930. However, the news clipping shows that she lived to be over 100 years old. Other researcher have her death as 26 JUN 1957.
|B. Mendenhall||Ira Allen (1799-1876)|
I am a descendant of Ira Allen: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=46942173
I've found conflicting evidence of his ancestors. This listing says Ira's parents are Peter Buell Allen and Mary Peterson. What proof exists that those are his parents? I've found other records that say Peter Buell Allen and Mary Peterson did have a son named Ira, but that that Ira was married to a different woman and died in Indiana, not Missouri. Looking to trace my Allen ancestors past Ira, but not having much luck. Any info you can provide would be helpful.
I'm curious as to if we are related or not. Are you related to Sybil & Loyal Crawford. Sybil was my mother's cousin.
