We also went to Fort Wayne, Indiana Library for research many times. Before all of that my grandfather started the genealogy research in the 1950's. Since my mother passed I have been actively researching. Now, with computers; findagrave and ancestry; research is exciting. I have been one of the first in my Ake line to actively research and develop a database on my Ake families. I have enjoyed greeting new relatives and sharing information. Most of my information is on "The Master Genealogist." I am slowly moving everything to Ancestry. But, I also use Findagrave.
