Ronald G. Tressler, 67, left the Florida beaches to forever rest in the Pennsylvania mountains.
He moved to Florida in March 1971 but was born in Lock Haven Hospital and raised in Mill Hall. He was born Aug. 1, 1943 to Harry W. and Dorothy (Meckes) Tressler and passed away Aug. 7, 2010.
He is pre-deceased by a sister, Mrs. Florence E. Lewis; two brothers, Harry W. Jr. and William C. Tressler; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel M. (Margaret Rhine) Tressler and Mr. and Mrs. Jerome D. (Mary E. Rine) Meckes.
He is survived by three sisters, Betty E. Snyder, Julia L. (Kenneth) Butler, Carrell R.J. (Robert) Guerriero, all of Lock Haven; five brothers, Charles S. (Ruth) of Mill Hall, Richard N. (Esther) of San Antonio, Texas, Guy D. of Orlando, Fla., Harry Ward (Janet) of Trooper, and Wesley J. Tressler; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Sept. 4, 2010 at the Tylersville Reformed Cemetery with departing words by Doyle M. Tressler. Interment is by the Wayne P. Urbine Funeral Home, Loganton.
