|I have been involved in,and passionate about, family history since I was a child. Nothing is more enjoyable to me than wandering a cemetery in search of relatives! The data that I enter on memorials has been researched by me, along with close relatives, since the 1960's.|
Please contact me if you wish a memorial transferred to your care. If you are more closely related than I, I will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

Kathy, would it be possible to have the care of James Wesley Goff, 64942967, transferred to me. He is my husbands grandfather. Thank you, Linda Goff
As per the "photo request", I posted the monument photo and apparently the memorial submitter does not want other volunteers to post photos to her memorials, although she had well over a year to post a photo herself. If you wish for me to delete the photo, please let me know. Thought you might wish to make a copy of it in case the memorial is deleted. I am so very, very sorry this caused displeasure with the submitter.

Look at notes on Herbert's photo caption. Check out all the photos of Hattie, her daughter Mary Frances and Billy Joe Brown at Hebron. Apparently, Hattie married Earl Morris between Brown and Beverly. Her obit shows HEBRON cemetery and sure enough, it appears she is there! Nancy

The Gadsden Times has an obit published on Aug. 9, 2001. Crestwood Funeral Home did arrangements for the funeral, but it states that she is buried at Hebron Cemetery. Death date: Aug. 7, 2001. Obit shows preceded in death by Herbert Beverly. So, guess we know the rest of the story! Nancy

Appreciate the information regarding name of spouse on monument. Memorial #11371763 for Hattie Mae with same birth in an adjacent county could be Dr. Beverly's second wife, but I see that volunteers have not found a grave marker for her in that cemetery. I will check if there is an obituary in our local newspaper. Another Find A Grave volunteer manages the memorial for Dr. Herbert Beverly. You may wish to contact her and ask that she change the middle name to Barna as the inscription on the monument indicates and add Sr. to his memorial. Thanks again, Nancy

Monument photos for Herbert Beverly shows different middle name and is his wife, born June 7, 1913, buried in Crestwood? Nancy

Thanks for the marriage date for Elias and Sarah. Are you also related to them? I would be interested in exchanging information.

IF YOU CHECK THE FAMILY TREE I HAVE ON ANCESTRY.COM koppel i have a lot of info there on the tree with info on all the family beginning with ludwig and jane ann tutin(i have a collection of old family photos (I have ludwigs wedding jacket and tapestry tatting and gloves belonging to ann etc ) as well as their painted portraits.!!!as well as info on the ones in new york..(richard son of thomas and maureen daughter of sidney.
my husbands aunt may koppel visited the families in the late 30s but did not seem to keep contact..i have photos of them from that visit/time...(likely parents of richard and maureen)
i did connect with these 2 cousins via emails and have addresses in new jersey but get impression they do not want contact with us????
ludwigs son charles william settled in montreal and in total had 9 sons.so almost all the koppels are/were our relatives but we did not know...i wonder if some are still in montreal now? i took a break from ancestry as it was consuming so much of my time and i was also researching my husbands mothers side of the family and that was a massive amount of work and there are 2 grave sites i included for that side also..
too much info...not had time to do my own side.
it was amazing to see the graves - perhaps next visit to montreal we will check
