As of Nov 2010, I have stopped posting photos at Evergreen Cemetery (Tucson, AZ)...I was informed of a policy "...you need permission from Evergreen Cemetery to take any photos of markers within the cemetery." Yes, I received this from Evergreen staff in writing.
