I was born in Spencerport, NY in 1940 and presently make my home in Blacksburg, VA. I am retired from the Air Force, was an Assistant Administrator in hospitals, and taught at both Appalachian State in NC and Radford University in VA. I have a great deal of Spencer genealogy and will share with anyone interested in this family. Deceased 10/28/2013
