I became interested in Family History before my father passed away in 2001 because he was looking for his family, specifically information on his grandfather and we were able to share this wonderful search together. After he died I wanted to keep looking for him and see if I can find where his grandfather came from. Maybe I will find this "elusive old man" as Daddy's sister calls him.
I have been able to find so many people in his family - just not where Grandpa Nick comes from or any of his family - not yet! I'll keep searching!
