*Don't forget about Dolly*
There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So, love the people who treat you right. Think good thoughts for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of LIFE... Getting back up is LIVING...
We live as long as we are remembered;
Those who have passed from this world,
die only when we whom they loved forget them...
"Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many."
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night!
Family surnames that I am researching are:
Fathers side (PATERNAL);
Mothers side (MATERNAL);
Mother Mary, respect, honor, and cherish...

|Mr. Fay Schlotfeldt||Lewis Denker, 1915 news article.|
Thank you very much for showing us the Spirit Lake news article about cousin Lewis dying at Lake Park while visiting his brother, Rudolph. Both died very young and are buried now in Davenport. I have posted the article to the bio on his memorial. You are very kind and we appreciate it.

|Paula Bentley||Thank you|
Thank you soooo much for posting the photo and obit for Clara/Clarissa Slyter Tuttle. I come to Clara through her son in law, Huston Thomas Gaddie. Gaddie is my blood line.
I'd like to post a copy of the obit/headstone to my family tree in Ancestry. would that be ok?
Thanks again, sincerely, PLB, Mesa AZ
|JMA||RE: William Thomas and family|
Wow, thanks! I added the corrected spelling at Ancestry for the 1910 Wm. Thomas family census enumeration. Now others can find the family.
Calinda Barbra in the 1910 Census there in Iowa certainly looks like Kulinda Joyce (VONSYERS) Stranberg, 1902-1951. But that surname doesn't help me figure out which of the daughters of William Thomas, Kulinda's mother is. Guess I'll try a bit more searching. I'm getting off my line a bit here, but there is nothing like a good mystery to keep the mind active.
Thanks, again. John M. Allinger

|Deborah Fors||Clifford Leroy Fliss|
Thank you so much for all of the work you have done to enter information for loved ones. The amount of work you have done is amazing.
Would you mind changing the birth date for Clifford Leroy Fliss? It should read 05 Sep 1911.
Thanks so much!
Deborah Flath Fliss Fors
Thanks for attaching Edwin and Sarah Willey to their son Joseph Willey.
Is that one of the Willey lines you are researching??? Willey's from Mullion, Cornwall England, then Grant/Lafayette Counties, Wisconsin then a few went to Carroll County, Iowa.
If so, we are cousins, be it very shirttail.
Edwin and his brother Josiah Willey would have been 1st cousins to my gggrandmother Mary Willey Thomas.

|Emily||RE: Great news|
That's awesome, Keith! Way to go! The stone's in great shape (minus the bird chit!). It's always shocking to see 100-year-old stones looking this good. Some of the stones at the vet cemetery here in Boise already look worse than this one, and they're only 3-4 years old. Pretty sad. Wonder what the secret to a quality stone was back then?
Thanks for the update! Keep up the great work! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

|Chris Klauer||Memorial Transfer|
Wondering if you would transfer the following to me?
They are all on the Hanson/Oleson line and are all related to me.
Thank you so much for all you do!
|Jan McD||Henry Prust|
I am researching the Prust family from Lake Belt Township, Martin County, Minnesota and I have a question about the Find A Grave info. Are the dates the actual ones on the headstone?
I have a record that says March 17, 1886 - your web site says 1887 and his draft registration card that he signed himself says 1885. I'm confused but I do think that what people paid to have etched in a stone is probably the most accurate.
Thanks, Jan McD
