I am originally from Elko, Nevada but lived in western Colorado for 26 years before recently relocating to northern Idaho to be nearer family. My husband and I have two children—a son who along with his wife and their daughter live several miles away in Washington and a daughter who died as the result of an accidental fall when she was 13 years old.

I have been interested in genealogy for over 30 years and, now that I am retired, can devote more time to doing what I love. My family research includes the surnames Riordan (originally from Millstreet, County Cork, Ireland but now in Nevada), Elsberry, Hull, Studer, Boies.
