My husband and I have been researching our families for the past 25+ years. We belong to our local genealogical association in Louisiana and I currently belong to Savannah Area Genealogical Association and have belonged to different genealogical societies in SC through the years. (My ancestors were from Spartanburg and Aiken areas and Georgia) We enjoy researching our families and continuously meeting new cousins!

As a result of my research, I have acquired many old obits that I am beginning to post to Find-a-Grave, as time permits. This helps fellow genealogists and tells their ancestor's story - we know that all people who have passed on have a life story!

I have noticed that many volunteers have posted photo's and information on millions of graves and I thank all of you for this valuable service to fellow genealogists.
