I have been working on my family genealogy since 2005ish...My father Albert Lee Hartig started it all and passed it to me and it did not take me long to be hooked! I have knocked down quite a few brick walls and unfortunately the biggest one, finding my Hartig relations in Germany was done after my father passed away. He would have been thrilled. Along with the help of my brother back in the Kansas City area, we found the property of the Hartig family farmstead. This is a very addictive hobby/passion.

I enjoy taking cemetery photo's and helping people see a relative or friend's resting place if they are not near enough to visit in person. I know I have gone on trips to take photos of my own family's resting places, but not everyone can do that.
