I've been doing genealogy research for about 10 years now and love doing it. I happened across the Find A Grave website when I did a Google search for a person I was looking for. This site is incredible and I really appreciate all the contributors. It's so nice to be able to find ancestors and/or loved ones final resting place on earth. It's also an invaluable tool to genealogy research when people are so kind to take pictures of markers for birth dates and death dates, etc.

I live about halfway between Houston and Galveston. I am married with three children ages 19, 18, and 16 (2008). Surnames I'm researching are HILD, ROSS, QUEEN, HOUPT/HAUPT, SCHMITT, ERNST, KING, NOTHOLD, BRYEN, HALL, and many others. :-D
