I saw that you added a photo for Chief Justice George Arnold Brayton. I am with the Litchfield Historical Society and I was wondering where you found this photo. I would like to find the source for research purposes. Thank you!

There are 2 Find A Grave pages for this person. Yours actually predates the other, which is more complete and has a photo. Per photo and TNGENWEB middle name is "Garst" and birth year 1857. Would you consider deleting your page to eliminate a duplicate? (the other page is not mine) Thanks, Val

Hi "Tennessee Heritage". Hoping you can help with the obit you posted on the Alverta Lockhart Clemons memorial (117749260). The obit states her mother is Martha Birdwell-can you confrim that? The info I have is her mother is Martha Land. I might have the wrong Alverta Lockhart. Thanks very much.

Burns Cause Death
W.L.McGuire Expires From Injuries
Burns received by W.L. McGuire aged 29 at the plant of the Sommerville Iron Works in North Chattanooga Saturday afternoon, resulted in his death at a local hospital Sunday morning at 6:30 o’clock. Mr. McGuire an employee of the iron works was carrying a ladle of hot metal. In some manner, he lost his footing and fell. Suffering from burns about the face and chest he was rushed to Erlanger in Chapman’s Ambulance where he was given every attention, but without avail. The body was removed to Chapman’s, prepared for burial and later taken to the home in North Chattanooga.
Funeral services were held from the residence Monday afternoon at 2:30. Rev W.M. Tidwell and James Chapman officiated. Many sorrowing friends were in attendance. Beason’s Cemetary was the place of interment.
Mr. McGuire’s death is particularly sad as he leaves a widow and two young children. Margaret and Ruth. He is also survived by two sisters. Misses Hattie and Lizzie McGuire.

W.L McGuire is may Great Uncle. Buried in Beason's Cemetery Is my Great Uncle. I understand from your work that his children are buried there as well. I have information from his Obit that may be helpful and would appreciate the ability to update his memorial and connect to it. Thanks in advance for doing this work!
