To all the Gravers out there contributing to find a Grave, thank you so very much! I can not tell you all how excited I get when I "find" a memorial with a beautifully rendered photo of the grave site. And even more exciting is being able to read the tombstones!
I have taken photos in cemeteries and matched them to memorials on the site. If there was no memorial, I created one. I am happy to transfer those to family, following Find a Grave guidelines if there is a conflict in requests. Most of the memorials I created are my own family members, and those I will hang on to.
Josephine Peyton Hunter Hello. The footstone with Mother is in fact Josephine Hunter, wife of John C Hunter. Her name is not listed on the upright tombstone, but cemetery records confirm she is buried there. I can still remove the pictures if you wish.
Sorry that I did not get back to you sooner. I need the location for him in San Rafael. The cemetery where he is located. I think you said that he was in Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery. If you can give me the address I will go and check this out for you. It may not be until late next week.
Bernard Roemer Hooe Hi, I'm was trying to take a photo of Bernard Roemer Hooe, but the cemetery, "Chapel of the Chimes Mausoleum, said the he is buried at Mt. Tamalpias Cemetery, in San Rafael, CA
That was the information she had on her card. If you can get more information, I have no problem going to San Rafael, CA to take the photo for you, it is only 20 min. away. I'm sorry I could not get a photo for you. Just let me know.
Laura V. DeNeale I have added a photo of her grave marker per your request. She is shown on the same monument with her husband, Wm. N. DeNeale, and with James E. and Minnie A. Schuyler, and Mary J. and John J. Fister, none of whom seem to have an existing memorial.
