Bio

My interest in genealogy began in the 1970s when my late brother Edward (Edward) was doing a family history paper for college. The project was put on hold while I was raising my family, but got a new start in 1997 when we got a genealogy program for the computer. Upon our return from a trip to Canada in 1999, we stopped off in Brockport, NY, to get photos of whatever ancestors' headstones, and other possible relatives' headstones, we could find. Visiting other cemeteries where our ancestors and other relatives are buried has been a continuation of that project. Sharing these on Find a Grave seems most logical.

So, my contributions are in memory of my brother, and all of our relatives who helped him in his research, esp. cousins Fr. Charles Banet, C.PP.S. (Fr. Charles), and Prof. James P. Danehy (Prof. Danehy), who provided him with very extensive family data to get us going. Thanks, also, to my husband, Joe, who provides the computer expertise as needed to scan the photos, and sizes them for the best quality for uploading to Find a Grave.

Thank you to all who have graciously transferred memorials to me.
