Thank you so much for finding and transferring my aunt and uncle to me. It will be much easier to add biographical information in due time. Great work!

Sorry - I gave you her grandparents not her parents. New edit sent.

Thanks for the continuing transfers. My grandmother, although she was an only child, came from some very large families--but then who didn't back in the 1800s and early 1900s? Another week or two here in central Ohio, then I'll move on to my mother's families. Then this winter I'll start back at the beginning and start adding Bios.

I hope you can find your great-great grandmother. I never knew much of anything about most of my ancestors until just the last ten years or so--but now it's nice to know where they all are.

RE: dixon
Thank you for transferring Isaac N. Dixon to me Kevin. I searched for but couldn't find your Mary Dell Dixon in Licking County. Isaac's father was John Dixon (also buried in Patterson Cemetery) who came to Burlington Township from Staunton, Augusta County, VA in 1806. He was accompanied by his brother, Thomas Dixon. I have friends who are also related via William Dixon and George Dixon who believe they were also John's brothers. I have seen a real estate map of Licking County some years ago that showed John Dixon's farm abutting the Patterson Cemetery on the Northwest side of St. Rt. 657. The next farm south of John's farm belonged to Jacob Moore (John and Thomas' brother-in-law) and the farm south of the Moore farm was owned by Thomas Dixon. These three farms stretched along all the land along Northeast side of St. Rt. 657 from US 62 to St. Rt. 661. Should you need any info regarding the Licking County Dixons, I would be glad to help in anyway I can.
