Memorials I add come primarily from transcribing and photographing the cemetery and some from obituaries, funeral cards, death certificates and/or photographing headstones here and there. I have permission to post obituaries from the Oakland Independent; Oakland, NE and Spencer Advocate; Spencer, NE to findagrave, if you are duplicating anything from my memorials to post on another online site (e.g. ancestry.com), please seek permission from author/publisher.
My tombstone photos can be used for whatever genealogical purpose that a descendent sees fit. A number of my photos were taken many years ago, if a better photo is added to a memorial, please let me know so I can delete mine and save space.

Please understand that if I cannot find documentation to confirm an edit suggestion you send to me, I will ask for your source. If one is unavailable, the edit suggestion will be regretfully declined but I will note your information in the bio if you wish.
