RE: Sandifer Transfers
I know she was a Martha Synoground and she married Richard Eddie Sandifer. Martha & Richard lived up the street from us and all their kids and all us kids went to school and played together.
I'm looking for their obits, Your more than welcome to copies if you wish let me know and I'll be happy to email them when I get them all gathered. Linda

Sandifer transfers
Thank you so much for all the transfers.
We have been working hard trying to put this family back together and finding new photos to be added.
The 1968 tornado that went through Greenwood caused a huge lose to families and their photo's most that were recovered look pretty beat up.
Once again thank you so much. Linda

Nels Synoground
John (Johnie) Synoground was my grandfather and Nels was my great grandfather. I have a picture (somewhere) of Nels and his sons drilling an oil well on Signal Hill in Long Beach, California. Does anyone know where Nels is buried in Long Beach?

Michael Edward Perry Jr

I am writing to inquire into the flowers you left on Michael Perry Jr's memorial page. I was wondering if you may be connected to the family of this precious baby as I am helping to reconnect the little one's grown brothers with their biological father. Please feel free to email me at if you have any information. Thank you!!

Martha Alice Stroud Colley
Hi Nicmarie,
That's a very pretty name.
I'm related to Martha Alice Stroud through her Mother, Martha Jane Jackson. I was wondering if you had any information on Martha Jane Jackson's mother. Jane S. Howe-Simpson-Jackson-Ewers born 1840 Ga. or her parents. I'd love to back this line up a few more years.
I'm not sure on the maiden name Howe. Jane's 1st husband Simpson, may have been Samuel Simpson the father of Mary G. Simpson born 1866.
The 2nd husband; Simpson Jackson's children are your Martha Jane Jackson-Stroud, Hiram A. Jackson, Flora S. Jackson. Then my grandmother Eva Ewers-Seamans is by 3rd husband Amer Ewer.
Please look this over and if you can help I'd sure appreciate it.
You can email me at put in subject line Ewers and I'll know it's from you. Linda Seamans-McGahan

Wren/Minshew/Edgar family history from 1800's
Hi NicMarie,

I saw your username listed as the FindAGrave owner for Mary Etta (Wren) Moore's memorial page, so I thought I would send you a brief note.

I just wanted to let you know that I have reassembled some of the early Wren/Minshew/Edgar family history, and placed the info on memorial page #106280280. Of course I don't know if this is your family or not -- but if so, then you might like to have some of the background history for these families. I had to trace out all of Mr. Wren's three brides, in order to attempt to locate the headstone for his first wife.

Best regards,
