|Hello! Welcome to our profile here at Find A Grave! We live on a family farm in Northeast Missouri near where our ancestors migrated back in the 1860's and 1870's.|
We enjoy genealogy and visiting sites from the past, including our local cemeteries where it seems everyone is related:)
The memorials that we have posted here are for family, neighbors, and friends. If you can add anything to any of the sites, like more specific information, or family rememberences, please let us know and we'll be glad to post the information.
If there is a memorial that we have added that is in your direct family line, we'd be glad to transfer the memorial to you so that you may honor your family member as you wish.
Finally, we love to see pictures on the memorials! Please feel free to add anything that you have, or let us know where we can find some to add ourselves.
Enjoy! We'll look forward to hearing from you!

|ohSunnyOne||RE: Billings photo-Howard's Cemetery|
Hello, Grace. So pleased you saw my note to M Stephen Botsford, UE, and thank you for contacting me. :)
Stephen had posted the photo of the marker from his own Facebook identity, as a comment to the Group Page for "United Empire Loyalists Association (UELAC)". He mentioned that his 'family is related to the Billings' Family', but he was looking to know more about the U.E. plaque on the gravestone, and how it had been obtained. (Apparently Mr E M Billings is Stephen Botsford's 3rd cousin 1x removed.)
I don't know Stephen at all personally, but I'm a member of the Group Page, so I see the posts of course. I don't know if there's a specific Facebook Group Page for Howard Cemetery, or for Billings, but it ought to be easy to search for "United Empire Loyalists Association (UELAC)" and either 'Like', or request to join the Group.
I hope this helps. :D
I have added 2 new Houghton's, children of Luther & Sabra. I did not add the one for the 'Infant son', left that one up to you. It is a small stone beside the parent's.
There is a Ross stone near this with 5 names on it, one of which is Charlotte Houghten d. 2nd Oct. 1901, aged 77 years. I didn't notice it til I got home but can go back and get a photo if you need it.

You are welcome. I hate to ask anyone to delete a memorial, but I have duplicated a few myself just oversight. Have a great day.

The dates on this stone 1896 - 1918)don't go with the information that you have provided on the memorial page. It's the only one in the cemetery. I will remove it if you say it isn't the right one.

I added a memorial for this person because the stone was at the foot of the one for Melvin, James, & Frances. If you see a connection let me know and I will transfer it over to you.

I am a direct descendant of Benjamin Harvey (Hillsboro Cemetery, Henry County, Indiana) and I have finally found his son, my great x3 grandfather, Jacob! Would you please add him to the genealogy line? His F.A.G. number is 126555107. His wife is Alcy Harvey. Thank you so much!!

There are some small stones close by the large pink Andrew stone but I couldn't see any writing on them - could possibly be Edna & Eliza?

The grave location on the Todd Cemetery survey is just inside the right gate post. Not visable at this time, but may be below ground level.
