Bio

I was born March 2, 1953 in Goliad, Goliad County, Texas and was raised in Berclair, Texas. I am the oldest daughter of Cecil and Connie Harding. I am the grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 2. Genealogy has been one of my passions since I was 15 years old. I and some cousins, plus a professional genealogist have traced one part of my family back to Adam and Eve's son Seth. Another part of my family has been traced back to 700 A.D. in Ireland. The surnames I am researching are, Harding, Burris, McMechen, Koonce, Pullen, Parlier, Hill, Williams.
A little while back, we just happened to stumble across Find A Grave and thought what a wonderful site to search. It wasn't long until we decided that's it, we're hooked on photographing the cemeteries in our area.
We have completed 9 cemeteries and are working on several more. Being disabled doesn't keep us from the cemeteries. In fact, walking the cemeteries gives us exercise we need for our disabilities.
