I have been interested in searching my branches of my family tree for over 35 years now. I appreciate just how much help has been given to me as well as I enjoy sharing it with other family searchers. I think the internet can be a very helpful tool in this area. My pet peeve is trying to stay connected to be able to make corrections or additions to my own work. I really appreciate being able to obtain old family photos as well as enjoy taking photos of various descriptions (grandkids, scenery, flowers etc.)
- 2017 I took a DNA test which has opened a whole new avenue of connecting with more 'cousins' as well as further tracing my ancestors or in some cases confirming that I am on the right trail.
