I am currently trying to resolve the confusion with the memorials for James W. Cunningham 1852, James William Cunningham Jr 1856-1941, and James W. Cunningham 1853-1889. Two of them have been incorrectly linked to my Cunningham line through James W. Cunningham 1824 and Angeline. Only James W. Cunningham 1852 married to Sarah Catherine "Sallie" Churchman is correct.

William Cunningham & Sallie E Banks. James married Mahala Elizabeth Spindle.

Parents of James W. Cunningham 1852 are James W. Cunningham and Angeline "Ann". Husband of Sarah Catherine "Sallie" Churchman.

Parents of James W. Cunningham 1853-1889 are Thomas Cunningham and Mary "Polly" Safley.

Parents of William H Cunningham 1850-1931 are
William Cunningham & Sarah Bradshaw.
Sarah Bradshaw has been incorrectly linked to Angeline Cunningham, wife of James W. Cunningham 1824.

None of the James W. Cunningham's have been shown to have the middle name of William, so James William Cunningham Jr, is not documented as a William or a junior.
