I have been working on my family history for 30 years. Four years ago a friend of mine and I decided it would be fun to physically read the tombstones in the local cemeteries. After the readings we add the information to FindAGrave and local libraries. We trust that this will help others with their searches. If you wish to make additions to entries I have made I will be happy to update them with your information. Good luck in your searches.|

|Roberta The Cemetery Walker||doing this today|
Thank you very much.. all you have to do is email my death to them and you will then be my caretaker :)
What will happen to the memorials that I created after I pass on? Can I set up a caretaker or steward to preside over the memorials that I created? What is the process?
Right now, you can email email@example.com if you have someone who has accepted stewardship (usually a family member) over the memorials you added. Please send in their member number. We will add a note to your member page stating the identity of the steward. You can have them email in after your passing and we will make sure that they have access to update the memorials.
If you do not have a steward, then the management of your memorials may be passed on to close family members of the memorials that you have created. The family members can email the memorial numbers in (no more than five at a time) along with their close relationship to the deceased and their member number, asking for a transfer of management. I believe that you have entered the wrong name for this person. You have Newman and it should be Newnam. He is buried in the Lakeview Cemetery at Kendallville, In. Gene

You created this memorial in Jun 2012. I created a duplicate [unknowingly] in Nov 2012 # 101527608. I was unable to locate the one you created. I only created this since he is my brother. Would you be so kind as to merge yours with mine keeping me as the manager -- or delete yours altogether [preferably].
I am not trying to be a top contributor. All the memorials I created are my family - only- after a search thru Find A Grave and not being able to locate them.
With appreciation and many thanks!

Thank u for letting me know about my grandfather grave site. My father James age 5 and my uncle Edward age 2 1/2 were so young when their father was found dead. I been doing research on family history/ geneolgy. My grandmother remarried shortly after Jake was dead. She married C V Trumpey and dad never knew his correct last. Until he was married in 1940, and was trying to join the service in 1942, gov't didn't have a record of James Trumpey. He called his aunt Rena Parker Griswold. Thank u again. I have records of jakes death.
u have keith v honaker buried in woodlawn cem, when he is buried in woodland cem in la grange co with the rest of his family. gene
