Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have enjoyed taking photographs for others to help in their genealogy research but only recently became interested in my own genealogy after the passing of my great-grandmother in May 2009 at the age of 99.

My paternal genealogy is mostly finished due to the genealogy buffs on that side of my family. Last names include Parrish, Atkinson, Wilder, Gates, Griffin, Taylor, and Bradford. They are from Massachusetts.

My maternal lines include Place, Belt, Brown, Trett, Bodine, Platz, Ripley, and Downing. They are from Arkansas, Illinois, Ohio, Vermont, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

RE: Hoy/Gussie Lyon
Still confused I see. :(

Hoy IS buried with Gussie Wanda Wilkinson Lyon in Houston National Cemetery. (I never said HE wasn't buried there.)

The memorial owner for his wife, Gussie Wanda, has now fixed her memorial with the correct maiden surname and linked her parents as well.

I have no idea where Wanda Sue Moreland is buried or if she has a Find A Grave memorial.

Thank you for correcting Wanda Sue's maiden surname on Hoy's memorial.

Happy hunting!

RE: Hoy/Gussie Lyon
I didn't know it would cause so much confusion.

In a nutshell,

1) Hoy's memorial (Find A Grave Memorial# 937037) states he was married to "Wanda Middleton" when her name was Wanda Sue Moreland.

2) The person Hoy is buried with is NOT Wanda Middleton/Moreland, but Gussie Wanda Wilkinson. Therefore, this memorial (Find A Grave Memorial# 68856394) is incorrect. I have already sent a SAC to correct this memorial, but the caretaker has not corrected it yet.

If you need or want the documentation, I will be happy to send it to you via email. Just let me know.

:)

65207499 Henry Henninger
Hello! I want to thank you for creating the memorial for Heinrich (Henry) Henninger. Heinrich is my husband's great great uncle. If it is not too much trouble I would appreciate if his name could be listed as Heinrich Henninger rather than Henry Henninger. A nickname listed as Henry would be fine, but since there are so many 'Henrys' in the family it would eliminate confusion if he were listed under his birth name. Also, if it is not too much to trouble to enter some additional facts that would also be much appreciated!

RE: Transfer
Probably I did not look, as I was checking on photo's and added taking a photo of her grave to my list of things to do, next time I walk over to Evergreen. Thanks for everything.

RE: Oops...
Thanks for updating (and excluding my mistake).

I don't know why messages sometimes double or triple like that, but it's happened to me before, so no problems.

Thanks again!
