My older son, John was a Trauma Surgeon in Philadelphia. John was killed on Christmas Day 2008 while serving as a combat surgeon in Mosul, Iraq. My younger son Rich was then an ER doc at Albany Medical Center. He has since completed a book on John's Life (Alright, Let's Call It a Draw) and is now an emergency physician outside of Sidney Australia.
