Tintype Ann, Thank you for adding the scan of the tintype of Malissa. However, you added it to Clayton's memorial instead of Malissa's. Would you mind removing it and adding it to hers? Thanks! Diehard.
Hi or Hey Hi Ann, Or should I say Hey cousin? I linked up some more descendants of ... Today. Linked to find a grave pages so family members can click over and find more readily. I can't seem to find where Isham C. _______ was buried though. Do you think it was in KY? Still linking family onto familysearch.org
RE: no documentation Thanks Ann, I hope we can get documentation. I went to Buncome County in Asheville, NC trying to find information on the family, but the historical society had very little on them. Please keep me updated, because I am trying to find documented lineage past George Washington Freeman and Martha Parker. :O)
RE: John Freem Hi Ann, This is what is online: http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/s/p/i/Libby-Spieth/ODT6-0001.html Libby Spieth has done a lot of research on the Freeman family. If you follow the link you will see what she has.
John Freem Hi Ann, It is nice to meet you. I Know very little about John Freeman. What I have found starts with James Freeman and Mary "Polly" Moore (More). Then Aaron Freeman and Elizabeth Comstock, Then John Freeman and Cynthia Parker, Then George Washington Freeman and Martha Parker. George was in the Civil War. He was my Great, Great Grandfather. He is listed on the marriage certificate of John William Freeman. Are you in the lineage of George Washington Freeman and Martha Parker? If so we are distant cousins. I am looking for info on James Brigham Freeman. Is he related to the John Freeman who owned a Tavern? Thanks, Janet
