I have been working on my familytree for about 15 years. I found this webb site and was so interested, and found my stepfathers picture of his headstone, so I began to try and find more info. There are times that the headstone is our only source of information of our loved ones. That is when I decided to volunteer my time.
I am semiretired and 71 years old and weather permitting and my health, I am more then willing to go out there and take these pictures.
I have never found so much peace and when I am in those cemeterys.
