I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this site. It has proven to be such a valuable resource to so many and is a wonderful way to preserve the memory of our ancestors!|
Transfers: I believe memorials should be managed by family, ideally by descendants, so please ask for transfers. Submit transfer requests through the Edit tab of the memorial and please include your relationship.
Edits: Please submit all edits using the field specific links on the Edit tab of the memorial. Name/Birth/Death/Link data will not be updated from generic SACs or wall posts. Information submitted should always be backed up by sources.
Photos: I am happy to share my photographs without copyright. I ask that credit be given.
Duplicates: Duplicates should always be avoided. Any duplicates I have created are unintentional. Many of my memorials come from cemetery records and inaccuracies in the records often cause duplicates. Please send notification and they will be promptly deleted.
Burial Unknown: Please understand that I will not link to 'burial unknown' memorials or any other unknown cemetery variant that fall outside of Find a Grave guidelines. Ancestry and Rootsweb are excellent places for such detail.

|Lila||RE: George Kellington - 122454308 & 134464314|
Thank you very much for your help in merging the two. I've deleted my memorial for George and added his birth and death records to yours.
Thanks again for your help!

I just saw your message. We obtained the information about where she was buried from her death record. Unfortunately, I don't know anything else about the cemetery.

Photo uploaded to Fannie's memorial per your request.
|AndyP||Vaughans at Oak Hill|
I just saw your request for several Vaughans. Before I go back out, do you need any of the others that are buried there? Cicero is buried with Ethel and Lillie in section 14.5. Carl, Frances, Herman, Hugh, Marie and Virginia are all together in 16. Then there's about 18 in section 12 who may be unrelated.

John is buried with (I presume) his wife, Odesser Woodall Brooks b- 2/3/05, d- 10/25/91 Find A Grave lists an Odessa Brooks, which I presume is the same person. Shall I post a picture there?

Could you please put the birth year on the memorials for my great, great aunts graves? They are included in the picture that someone else took. Thank you.

|Kevin Finch||James & Mary Harkey|
I fulfilled your request for the Harkey's today. Sadly, the stones are so worn they are impossible to read. In person, I could faintly make out the name Of Mary on one, but James', who is right next to her, is impossible. They are in a family plot, with a large family marker, which I posted on their site as well. There a few other Harkey's there with them, and if you would like photos of them, I will be happy to go back and do so.
|diehl||RE: Johan Peter Diehl|
Thank you so much for your help, cousin! Johan Peter is also my 5th great grandfather on my direct male line from my father. I then descend from Daniel Diehl and so on. I really appreciate your quick response and hope this gets cleared up by Find A Grave soon. Happy New Year.
