Boy, it is hard to talk about myself but here goes.
I am 54 yrs old and live in Central Kansas.
I have been actively researching since 2005 but have always been interested in my family history. My parents are very good at remembering & telling family stories. I obviously wish I had started when I was younger. My husband, our adult son & his wife & our adult daughter have always been supportive of my "talking to dead people".

No problem! Sorry I didn't take a clearer photo.

Hi. I just posted the photos of their graves. You are welcome to use them in your tree, no credit necessary. I hope they are clear for you. I have a new computer with Windows 10 and when I post the photos on Find A Grave they look a little out of focus to me. However, when you click to open in another window, they are perfectly clear. Not sure what the problem is, but I hope they work for you.

I sent the photo of Jacob M's headstone. I would be fairly certain that he is Melvin as all the stones are the same and all the children are listed on the tall stone. The stones are even laid in the right order corresponding to the list on the tall monument. It makes it more difficult to figure out when he died so young - probably in between census polls. Hope you figure it out!

I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply. But, there is no problem with you using the photo for your family research.

I am working on the Lewis family photos. On the large headstone with John P and Mary A Lewis the children are listed. Then next to the large headstone are each child on a separate stone. However, one child listed on the large headstone is Melvin and on the separate stones there is a Jacob M. Is this "Melvin"? I don't want to add it if it is not but the headstone matches all the other children. Please let me know.
