RE: Alleyne---England and Barbados
Hello Brenda. You ought to get in touch with Dale Alleyne, who has taken on the task of genealogist for the Alleyne Family Foundation in Barbados (and elsewhere, as both he and I live in British Columbia, Canada :D ). Dale's website is

If you're on Facebook, perhaps you could find me there (Beth Seale'Haynes-Meredith Mills) and I'll be happy to provide my private database/website access info. But Dale's is open and accessible to all, and is far more concentrated on the Alleyne lines. There's a Contact form to send him an email.

Welcome "back" into the family, Cousin, and please do keep in touch. / =]) Beth

Hi Brenda, there has been several year gap from when you posted a picture of a Mary E. Weaver. When I came across this picture it was so special. She is a sister to my g-grandfather and I had no other information on her other than name, birth and death year. A search found the city name of her death which lead to the cemetery name and that lead me to you. Thank you so much for taking these pictures. I am not sure if you could tell where in the cemetery she was buried to know who may be buried beside her?

Thank you so much!

I am trying to get a duplicate memorial deleted without losing a good marker photo. Would you please post your photo of her marker to memorial #82407264. Thanks so much. MMM

His death certificate says he was buried in Montvale Cemetery in Sterling City, Texas. He was born 1909 and died April 13, 1981. Looking to see if his wife Eunice is buried next to him. She was his second wife I think. I know she has a headstone next to her first husband with no death date on it, so thinking she may be buried here.
If you do to that cemetery could you look and see.

Hi Brenda,

The obit and date on the marker conflict: I've never wanted to give a date on a memorial that differs w/the marker. The publication date of the paper is correct and the marker is a little difficult to read. Feel free to use or discard the edit.

Thanks, Wayne
