Evergreens Cemetery
Hi Doni
Evergreens Cemetery is one the biggest cemetery in New York City, not knowing the location of the plots you have requested is next to imposable to locate. If you have the location you can either e-mail them to me or enter them on Find a Grave...JP

I found the area of lot 29 and couldn't locate a marker. Since section 5 is one of the smaller sections, we looked at every marker. It's possible she doesn't have a marker or it has grown over.

Of course you can use them, no credit needed either. I'll go out next week. It looks like rain through Tuesday.

CANN, Clark Mercer "Dick"
Could you correct the spelling of the Cemetery where Dick Cann is buried. You have Finley on his memorial and the Cemetery is actually FINDLEY... Thank you. I am in Roger Mills County and we actually call this cemetery Findley-Shaw Cemetery. and it is between Reydon and Durham on privately owned land.Blessings, Judy

Doni,

You sent a boat load of data. I have it entered and believe you gave clear info to have it accurately. I, of course, do not have your maiden name, so it is presently shown as Doni MNU, no offense! My ancestry tree is Private, so will send you an invitation. Truth be told, my line could have stopped with Elbert Lewis Wright and Mary Margaret 'Maggie' Singleton - I added down to you since you have been so gracious. What you won't see in my profile is that 38 combined years in the Houston Fire Dept, Houston Arson Bureau, and HISD Police Dept have taken their tole. I am still able to do a lot mentally but physical is minimal. Not on oxygen yet and resist it because it is a point of no return. I am the home person in my tree, easy to find. I live less than 15 miles from where I was born and reared, and maybe 80 miles from Simms. If you have questions, send via email: growden@wt.net

Charles D Singleton
Doni,

Genealogy respresents nothing short of miracles, every now and then. I have been working on my maternal grandmother's line. She was Lillie Mae Amyett Sutton Puryear. I found an online addition to an Amyett entry which led me to a gentleman named Estel Murdock of Provo, UT. He informed me that Lillie came down from Andrew Jackson Singleton and that his line came down from Andrew's brother, Charles D Singleton. All that to say that here I am, looking at Charles D Singleton et al buried in Sand Hill, Simms, Bowie, TX. Check my F/G profile and you will see that I have a F/G friend named Shane Spencer. Small world. If any of this interests you, contact me via F/G, growden@wt.net, or Gary G Rowden on FB. Oh, and my step grandmother was Daily Embree Cope Tidwell of Simms.
