|TLH||Mary Smith photo request|
Hi, the volunteers would be happy to fill your photo request however we will need a burial location to do so. Can you please contact Laurel Land and get a burial location for your request.
The number is 214 371 1336 or to email them, the link is: http://www.laurellanddallas.com/home/contact_us.html
They are good about responding to the email request! There are over 48 photo requests currently and the volunteers cannot ask for that many locations to fill requests. With a location, your request will get filled pretty quickly. Thanks for your help

You're most welcome, and it was a pleasure. I was there because of my dad's first cousin buried in the same sec.

It was so nice to hear back from you also! I was nervous about writing to you. Dad has always been so hush hush about our family that i didn't know for sure if i should try to contact you or not! So I was rather relieved to see that you sent me a message back! Dad is the last one left! He is almost 83 now. I've been researching our family on ancestry.com. Haven't really been able to find much info. I was really surprised when i found you on graves.com! I guess we have that in common! I talked to Allen Glick on the phone a couple of times about 20 years ago. I guess he is Uncle Clarence's son. Dad always called Uncle Clarence, Sam?? I met Aunt Dortha once, we had lunch at Perkins. That had to be 25 years ago. She was such a tiny lady. I did not inherit that! Dad says i look like his mother! I don't know if that is true since i have never saw a picture of her. Dad sent me a photocopy of a pic he has of Great Grandpa and Grandpa and all of his brothers except for Miles is not in the picture :( I am not sure why. It was from 1889! I posted it to ancestry.com you should be able to find it there! Being my nosy self (i don't think dad admires that about me!) I found you on Facebook and sent you a message there. When i didn't here back from you i figured you didn't want to talk to me so i only sent one. I'm not a pest! Just wanting to find someone from that side of my family. It's always been a missing link in my life! You probably think I am weird?! Well I think I have rambled on enough! Feel free to contact me on here or facebook. Now that i know you answered me here i will look for future messages, I hope to hear from you again. Sincerely Kimberly Glick P.S. If you google my family tree info on ancestry.com you should be able to see what info i have posted there. If you know of any info that i may have wrong i would sure like to know so that i can fix it. Thanks again for your time

Marie Louise Henson 5/20/1853-2/16/1909
Addie Bell Henson 9/10/1879-11/19/1969
Robert L Henson 4/7/1888-2/22/1969
Imogen Ruth Henson 7/1/1895-3/6/1933
James R Henson 1882-1975
Ola Mae Henson 1898-1981

Pat and I went to the Dumas Cemetery and made several pictures to use at Findagrave, and I was also campaigning for Election Commissioner, and spoke to a few friends. Those who couldn't vote for me, promiced to tell their friends that I am not a rascal.
We went to the Dumas Cemetery today, and I shot all of the Henson headstones that I could find, 9 of them, but Reuben's was not among them. I called Jerry Henson at Dumas, and asked about him, and he doesn't know anything about him.
