Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've lived on a farm/ranch in northeast Colorado for 52 years. Before that, I was a city girl. My husband and I have three grown children and 7 grandchildren. I retired in 2007, and now spend every spare moment doing genealogy research online. Most of my ancestors were in VA, MO, NC, and PA. I am a member of DAR, always looking for Johnson, Kivett, Pyrtle, Stone, Spencer, Shelton, Gessley, McCart, McGinnis, Donovan, and Hunter surnames.

DNA
HI, PATTY,

SINCE WE HAVE SO MANY CONNECTIONS, I THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW MY DNA HAS BEEN POSTED ON ANCESTRY. IF YOU HAVE HAD YOUR DNA DONE, LET ME KNOW AND I WILL SEE IF WE HAVE A MATCH.

I'm sorry to delay in answering your question about moving photos from one memorial to another. I do not know how to do this.

I save all the photos I take on my computer and if needed can simply apply it to the correct memorial.

I don't know if you can click on the photo and tell it to copy, paste it into your photos, or save onto a word document in JPEG; then go to the correct memorial, click on "add photo" and paste it.

Your question is more for the Find A Grave technicians.

Sorry!

If the photo can't be transferred, I can think of two alternatives: take another photo or leave a note in the Bio section or "Note" section that the correct location for the memorial is Number ...

Memorial is linked to Armateen Harper Kinnon as his wife. Is this a mistake? I cannot find any record of her marrying him. It could have accidentally been linked from her side but thought I would ask you first.

Hi Patty,
I have never moved a photo to another memorial, but I would imagine that you could:
Fnd the original memorial and add the photo from your photo stash; just as you added it to your memorial. Then go to your memorial and click the "Delete" in the upper right hand corner of your memorial.

I wonder if you could click on the photo and save it to your picture or document gallery. Then add it to the other memorial. Then, go back and delete your memorial.

Is all this clear as mud? Let me know if it works.

I bet someone found an obit for her in NE but she was actually sent to WI for burial - easy enough to do in February. We'll never know but thanks for your help.
