Thomas Watson
I'm new to My research shows that Thomas J. Watson & Mary Ann Leonard were parents of Leonard Watson who married my Great Grandma, Lillian Ferguson-Watson. Is this the same Thomas J. Watson gravesite?

RE: Minnie Chapman Tuttle Robacker
Just a minor item.

You posted the bio of Minnie (Memorial 109747047) on Richard's page (Memorial 109746852).

Thank you for the update,

RE: Tuttle, Richard & Minnie
Icky at best refers to marrying a spouse who's been dead for 30 some years. My poor attempt at humor.

Tuttle, Richard & Minnie
Hi Susan,

This is meant with good cheer.

Richard E. Tuttle, Memorial# 109746852 died '1831' and spouse, Minnie Tuttle Robacker, Memorial# 109747047, born 1867.

Icky at best. A close look at your photo attached (Thank You!) shows a death of 1891 is more likely for Richard.

Now, my opinion only: Minnie is Minnie Chapman, born 21 Jan 1866 in Hollisterville, Wayne, Pennsylvania who died 4 Mar 1931 in Scranton, Lackawanna, Pennsylvania. [Per her death certificate, birth year varies from stone] Her parents were Ezariah B Chapman & Harriet B Polly. At death she was the widow of Henry H Robacker (abt 1855 Pennsylvania - 5 Aug 1919 Honesdale, Wayne, Pa, married about 1896). Minnie was with her parents on the 1880 census and married to Henry on the 1900 census, so I have no source for her marriage to Mr Tuttle, except for your entry here on Find A Grave. Thanks again.

Phoebe J. Bartron
Re: Memorial #138217985

Phoebe J. Bartron (1868-1942)cannot be the mother of John S. Bartron (1831-1918)as she was born after he was! Phoebe must be his daughter.

Canaan Cem. - Richard & Martha Wonnacott
Hi Susan.
Thanks for replying.

Richard Wonnacott Sr. died in 1904
his wife Martha Honey died in 1920

I'm in no great rush, as I always appreciate that we all do this on a volunteer basis.

:D Cheers, Greg

Canaan Cemetery -Wayne, PA
Hi Susan.

Do you live anywhere near Waymart, Pennsylvania?
I see that you snapped a picture at Canaan Corners Cemetery and I've been trying to get photos of the stones of Richard Wonnacott Sr. and his wife Martha Honey for quite some time now (apparently not many volunteers live near there, I guess).
The photo that you took was of their son's stone Richard Wonnacott Jr. and his wife Sarah Bell.

Cheers from Castleton, Ontario

RE: Walnut Grove Cemetery/Hawley
Hi Susan..

Please don't go out of your way..if you are headed there for your own research, I would appreciate a look around at Walnut Grove, but please don't feel obligated to do my searching for me!

Not even sure if Jeremiah Crabb is there..but as I mentioned, his wife Lucretia Case Crabb is there as our their two sons, George and Philetus Crabb.. So I was hoping Jeremiah might be too!

If you see Lucretia's headstone, I would love a photo..but again, no rush and please don't feel obligated to do this.

I just appreciate your calling and finding out there are "no records" for Walnut Grove..grrh..story of my genealogy life! Ha!

RE: Walnut Grove Cemetery/Hawley
Thank you Susan..appreciate your prompt reply!
My ancestor, Lucretia Case CRABB is buried in Walnut Grove Cem. well as two of her sons..George W. and Philetus(Leet) Crabb.

I am having no luck finding her husband
Jeremiah Crabb! He was last found in 1880 census and had to have passed before she did in 1898. They lived in Hawley. Son's worked for the railroad. Her obit stated she was a widow in 1898

If you are ever in Hawley taking photo's..maybe you could check for a headstone in Walnut Grove.

I added Lucretia Crabb's name to find a well as the son's.

And thank you again for your help!!
