Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was recently bitten by the "genealogy bug" thanks to my darling little brother. He wanted something he could leave to his children and asked if I had anything I could contribute. We have different fathers but the same mother so I told him to handle his father's side and I would take care of Mom's side. Now I'm busy doing BOTH sides of the family!!!(I'm almost retired and he's still a kid) I'm having so much fun connecting with so many great people that I wanted to help others the way I've been helped - so here I am! If you need information or assistance in getting info or pictures in Southern California I'm here for you.

Bertha Horn Keeker
This is about Bertha Horn Keeker--I am on the hunt for a Bertha Horn who was the daughter of an Elizabeth Rinker and ? some Horn. I am a Horn and Rinker researcher as that is my family. Do you have an obituary or anything that says what her mother's maiden name might have been. Elizabeth died as a Seibold in Nebraska, but had an earlier marriage to this Horn. Wondered if you could help? If her mother's maiden name was Rinker, then I know who she was, just not which Horn was her father--but think I know. Thanks Wm & SJ. Donath #48116482

Alvin Harback
Regarding a conversation we had last fall, I was finally able to take a photo of Alvin's headstone at Cary Cemetery and post it to his memorial that someone recently made.

The stone shows the name ALVIN on top but the front of the stone is very weathered and shows no sign of engraving.

Thank you for taking the time on my request. Odd that they do not allow photographs, but please don't do anything that would get you into trouble.

Keeker's - Riley's
Hi Sandra. Just want to let you know I ent to Bluff City Cemetery today and took all the pictures of the Keekers and Rileys I could find. I didn't see a stone for Clarence Keeker. I also notice you have two listings for Lucille posted.

Maria Harback memorial
Hi Sandra,

The reason for my adding Maria Harback to the F.A.G. data base was a total fluke. I had been visiting the cemetery trying to locate a headstone for someone else at F.A.G. when I saw the headstone for Maria, looking a little neglected. I'm not sure what made me snap the photo of her headstone, but when I looked over and saw it, I felt compelled to take a picture of it.

Anyway, since Maria is not part of my family, I would be happy to transfer the memorial over to you if you would like.

Also, if you would like to use the photos in your research, please feel free to do so. Because I haven't deleted the original photos of her headstone from my computer files, I could email you those photos since the ones on her memorial had to be condensed in order to be posted at the F.A.G. website. Just let me know and I would be happy to send them to you before I delete them from my computer.

Thanks for contacting me.
