I am a a retired Lady for 28 years genie researcher and live in Rail Road Flat, California. That is in the Sierra Foothills of Gold Country. I am near Jackson, Sutter Creek, Valley Springs, San Andreas, Pine Grove, Volcano,Pioneer. The cemeteries here are very old and many are decrepit with a lot of headstones damaged and some missing. But we do have a few that are simply beautiful.

I do spend a lot of time on my genealogy because I love it so much and seem to be in a phase where so much of it is coming together.

I belong to a small genealogy group called the Mtn. Genes. I still hold out hope to get back to the midwest and do some serious genealogy research and of course cemetery walking! I love cemeteries!
