We have enjoyed listing and photographing cemeteries in the Granger, Indiana area. If we listed one of your family members, or someone you would like to have, we will gladly transfer them to you. If you would like to have the listing removed or any part of it removed, please let us know and we will respect your wishes.
Please use findagrave numbers when asking me to do something. Better yet, use the EDIT tabs.
The personal photos I enter are either from the South Bend Tribune or Elkhart Truth or from the funeral home that listed their passing. I am just trying to respect them with their photo.
Thank You for ALL of the wonderful feedback. Your fantastic comments are what keeps us doing what we do. We do this for You.

"PLEASE" use the edit tabs for any and all changes-additions-or other info "PLEASE"
In response to ALL of the people who accuse us of "It's only about the numbers." Yes it is only about the numbers. If I list only one person, I have only helped one family. If I list a thousand people, I have helped a lot of families. The more I list, the more I help and the more I give the respect they deserve. Make any sense to anyone?
Carrie (Swank) Brewer Galien cemetery I looked for Carrie's marker last time I was in Galien and did not find it. I will go back this weekend and look again now that I know one of her married names was Sebasty. There were Sebasty markers in the area of he burial location. I do not know if you have this: The Niles Daily Star carried an obituary for Carrie Brewer on 01 Mar 1978 and it reads: “New Carlisle, Ind.-Carrie M. Sebasty Brewer of New Carlisle, Ind., died Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. at the Lake Community Hospital in Leesburg, Fla., at the age of 95. Mrs. Brewer, who was the mother of Lewis Sebasty of Buchanan, was born Sept. 17, 1882, in Galien Township. She lived most of her life in the New Carlisle area. She was married to Edward Sebasty, who died in 1919, and to Guy Brewer, who died in 1968. In addition to her son, Lewis, she is survived by another son, Leslie Sebasty of New Carlisle; a daughter Mrs. C. Fuller (Alice) Dorr of Belding; a sister, Mrs. Robert Sheeley of Galien; nine grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Swem Chapel of the Swem Funeral Home in Buchanan, and burial will be in the Galien cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.”
I also sent it to the person who posted her burial so she can include it as Carrie's Bio.
Lesester Mitchem - Cass Co., Mich. I hope you can connect me to the person who obviously gave you information from what appears to be an obituary for Lesester Mitchem, buried in Cass County, Michigan. Neither her name, her birth year, nor her birthplace matches the Lennie Williams whose name is on an April 1939 marriage certificate with Fred D. Mitchem. (Fred's birth and death dates on his headstone are correct.) On the marriage certificate application, Fred is marrying Lennie Lee Williams, born 1909 in Newton, Mississippi to Willie and Lula Phelps Williams. I am steadily working on my Mitchem/Meacham family line; and would like to get clarity on this particular connection. Dee W.
