Bathke babies
As to moving the cemetery stones. Well we never know about people. Since they were both babies perhaps it was not that important to them or maybe they didn't have the money. Lots of things happened back then. Where I went to early elementary school it used to be a cemetery! Henry Ford sent some of his workers to remove the markers, put soil over the area and make a playground for the kids. There is a marker with the names of the people on the corner. But when I got old enough to realize that we were playing on top of dead people I got really upset. As I said one just never knows. Jan

Hello. Would it be possible to have the grave of B. William Ellison transferred to my care? Find A Grave Memorial# 46521237. He was my 2nd Great Grandfather. Thanks for your consideration.

Thank you
Just wanted to thank you again for all the wonderful photos and work you have done in Charlevoix County cemeteries. You helped me greatly. I am sorry to see that Peachie passed away. She was a joy to you and so sad to lose a special pet.

Thank you again for all you do.

RE: Just thinking
Hi

I tried doing what you said before last March wand before my husband passed in March, and it did not matter where I put the obit - I got tired of deleting and uploading again to get it in the right place and it did not matter where I put it at that time - I haven't bothered since. I wonder if that was when Ancestry was taking over and things might have been in mass confusion (smile). I will try again. I wonder if it could have been my computer - I did have a virus that was very hard to get rid of but it is gone now.

Thank you for the reminder - I seem to need alot of those since my husband passed. If you ever get the chance, read "A Widow's Story by Joyce Carol Oates - I had all of those symptoms but slowly they are abating.

Take care,
M. King
