"At a cemetery, lives are commemorated, deaths are recorded, families are reunited, memories are made tangible and love is undisguised. Communities accord respect, families bestow reverence, historians seek information and our heritage is thereby enriched.

Testimonies of devotion, pride and remembrance are carved in stone to pay warm tribute to accomplishments and to the life - not death - of a loved one. The cemetery is homeland for family memorials that are a sustaining source of comfort to the living. A cemetery is a history of people; a perpetual record of yesterday and a sanctuary of peace and quiet today.

A cemetery exists because every life is worth remembering - always." ~unknown author~

If you are family of anyone for whom I have created a memorial and wish them transferred to you, please contact me stating as such. I will gladly transfer a Memorial to you unless it is my direct relative.

Or, if you are family and wish to add/delete/correct any information contained within the memorial, and, prefer that I continue to manage the memorial for you, just let me know.

My contributions are made in accordance with the goal of FindAGrave -- to honor our loved ones, friends or relatives by acknowledging their life and their passing.

ALL REQUESTS FOR corrections, additional information, or transfers: PLEASE do so with the Suggest A Correction (SAC) link on the memorial for that person. [Most memorials will have an 'Edit' tab on the upper right side of the memorial. Click on the 'Edit' tab, then click on the 'Suggest a correction' link on the Edit page.]

OBITUARIES: Please note that according to the Guidelines, it is against policy to copy and paste obituaries word for word onto memorial pages. Any works published since 1923 are under copyright. I will not make these edits.

Quote from Help with FindAGrave: "Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
Do not copy obituary notices from newspapers (or from funeral home notices or web sites) to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so or you are the author of the obituary."
