I am wearing my wrist brace right now and had surgery ( a bad torn ligament) in last July and will have to wear a brace for about 6 to 8 weeks and I probably won't be in the computer until September. If you want any correct, change or any information and I will try to change it the best I can.
Thank you for being a patience with me.

I sent you a request via edit about the two with 2 T's are duplicates. The correct ones with 1 T have stone pics. I had also sent them to you for care. You will need to transfer them back to me to delete. I am striving to enter all known burials in Hill Grove and correct all the various spellings that are incorrect. I can't believe how many people were listed in the book under various spellings. Thanks

Errol and Jane Stott
Here is her obituary:
Our dear mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Jane Seely Stott passed away Tues., Jan. 2, 2007 at the home of her daughter Erroleen Stott Scholzen in Hurricane, Utah. Jane was 88 years old. She was born July 7, 1918 in Mt. Emmons, Duchesne, Utah to Joseph and Florence Amelia Shiner Seely. At the age of 3 the family moved to Spring Canyon, Carbon County, Utah where her father worked in the coal mines. She lived in Spring Canyon until she was 15, attending Carbon high school. The family then moved to Green River, Utah. She graduated from Green River High School while working many jobs to help herself and her family, as times were hard during the great depression. In 1937 she began working as a switchboard operator for Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company. In 1940 she became the contract manager, a job she loved. She held this position until 1946 when she married. Jane married Errol J. Stott Jan. 18, 1946. She and Errol were married three weeks after he returned from serving five years in the Army during World War II. They were blessed with three children Erroleen (Nick) Scholzen, Joe (Ruth Kenney) Stott, and Kathleen (Brian) Stucki.
In 1958, Jane became the city treasurer for the city of Green River serving 25 years. In 1961 she also began working as a weather observer for the U.S. Weather Bureau, a job she held for 10 years helping to send her children to college. Because of the Depression she was not able to go on to college, but was determined that her children would have that privilege.
Jane was the first board member of the Green River Library beginning in 1945. She was a member of the Green River Woman's Club and served in many capacities in the LDS church such as primary, Young Women's president, and Relief Society Presidency and teacher.
Jane had a beautiful singing voice and shared it many times for various events. She is survived by her three children, Erroleen, Joe, and Kathleen, brothers Bob Seely and Richard Seely. She was preceded in death by her husband Errol and grandson Danny Scholzen, her parents and siblings Vione, Beulah Bohleen, Hawley Seely and Bill Seely.
Services were held Sat., Jan. 6, 2007 at 1 p.m. in the Green River LDS chapel. Friends and family called one hour prior to services at the chapel. Interment was in the Elgin Cemetery under the direction of Heideman Mortuary.

It says that she is buried in the Elgin Cemetery.

Bilyeu Family
No, I'm not related to the Bilyeu's, however, my husband's family is from Miller County, MO. where the grandpa was raised near Tuscumbia, MO. His name was Halleck "Hal" Bilyeu. He had a sister who lived close to there. That's why I suggested you google the Miller County, MO. Historical Society Museum. The website is chockful of historical and genealogical information. Perhaps you can find their family on it. They haven't given me permission to share more, so I have to respect their privacy. Okay? Good day!

Find A Grave Memorial# 51863025 Lewis Stevens
May I use your gravestone photo of Lewis Albert Stevens and the Hailey Cemetery photo in my family album?
Hazel & Lewis were my Aunt & Uncle. The photo I posted was found in my mother's belongings after her death. They were on a sight-seeing trip together in 1943 after my parents were married.
Thank you for your time and memorials,
Ruth L (Stevens) Glass
PS- I hope you are healing well!

Bilyeu Family -- For Ur Info
I was following links and noticed you had mentioned a Bilyeu. A Bilyeu family used to attend church where I do and although they no longer attend our church, they still live in the area. Their grandpa grew up around Tuscumbia, Miller Co, MO. We pronounced their surname (Bill-you), but down in the country it's pronounced (Blue). The Miller County, MO. Historical Society Museum has much genealogical information on its website. Hope this information helps someone researching the Bilyeu family. :)
