Bio and Links
Bio Photo I lost my husband on April 3, 2011 we had been together since we were 16 for 30 years we did everything together.

Thank all of you for your kind words, thougts and prayers during this difficult time. It feels good knowing there are so many caring people out there. I guess that is why we all do this. We Care!

I would suggest to anyone that is making a photo request to please call the cemetery and get the section and lot #. This helps in getting your request filled sooner as the cemetery staff are more willing to speak with family members. Not all cemeteries have an office you can call but you should try. If I have posted a memorial and there is no picture attached I may have it but haven't posted it yet. I am trying to do this as time permits.

Please feel free to use any volunteer photos I have taken in your genealogical research.

I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get to some of your requests but my schedule has changed and I find that I have less time to devote to my hobbies but I am trying to keep up with all the requests.

Thanks Again for your understanding.

Kern Baby #36149581
I think you may have mixed info with this one. There are 2 "Baby Kern" headstones in two different locations. The one you show has no date and is in Old C-SE but the one In Division O says April 19 1995. I have done heavy research and believe the headstone you posted is of an infant from William B & Vivian E Kern (buried in the same section) & there is no known records of that baby's birth or death. They married in 1924 so the infant may have been still born at home. Vivian did have other children, the youngest recorded is in 1930. We have several of these burials in Odd Fellow.
For accuracy I would recommend deleting the date on your memorial & then making a new memorial for the other one. I will be happy to send you the picture of that headstone for posting if you like.

Oliver L Shirley
Oliver is not buried at Joyner Cemetery. He is buried at Springhill Memorial Gardens. I have added his name to that cemetery. Can you please remove him from the Joyner Cemetery? His daughter informed me this is not where he is buried. Thank you!

Hi Lisa,

My name is Sandy Smith Pouncey, and my Daddy is buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens #86578335. My niece Tamera Turner posted a photo of my Daddy in his Army Uniform and it is sideways. Can you PLEASE turn it around! If you can't turn it around, I can if you give me access to, I am a contributor #48815988.

Robert Clark
Hi Lisa. Today, using the Find a Grave website, I was not able to retrieve two prior listings for my parents (Thomas Orlice Clark (Memorial # 50626874) and Martha E. Clark (Memorial # 50626873). The info for Thomas was correct, but the info for Martha was not. Martha's parents were Robert E. O'Brien (1888-1959) and Abbie E.Randall O'Brien (1896-1985). Martha's siblings were Roberta O'Brien Laxson (1921-1973) and still living, Lucy O'Brien Hairston (1930- ). I am confused as to why the deletions from the website, and will be happy to assist you as needed. Thank you for your valuable and much appreciated contributions to the website. Robert Clark

Memorial #42605119
Hi, Lisa! I have sent a number of edits for this memorial. It is for Douglas Lawrence Warren (1941-1941), infant son of Mary Myrtle Harrison Warren (46439263) and Roy Warren (46439264). He is buried with his grandmother, Mattie Olivia Neese Green (42605121), Myrtle's mother. I know it's confusing, so I thought I'd just send along a note of explanation. Hope it makes sense! Thanks!
